It’s not rare but every day of the week is unkind to such a great 2 sider Lee Are these actual finishing prices as most were still on going.. pages is an insane price but some of of the others would have sold more at set sale 2

Popular Post Woodbutcher Posted April 2 Popular Post Posted April 2 Last four through fleabay have all topped a grand and three of them in the last few months so I guess there's a new surge of demand for it , has Uncle Butch been playing it again or has someone in the south-west just heard it ... ? 4
Frankie Crocker Posted April 2 Posted April 2 Admirations went quite cheaply. Roy Hamilton went for more than expected. Sherries perked up a bit too.

I thought the white demo version was the one to own? Red issues are on the scarce side but the WD has the side played out to the masses.

Think red and white play the same version or at least the ones I’ve had have theres a yellow copy that sounds like some one smashing an anvil or summat which is horrendous.. might be red copies of that mix too tho 1

I know it's completely irrelevant to compare prices and quantities of Syl Johnson today to years ago and it is very annoying, however I'll be that tw*t. I got around 30 copies (red label) from a shop in Miami in 77 and sold then all to Japan for £1 each. No one in the UK, except Gary Cape, wanted it. Left at least 50 more , both red labels and white demos. A time machine would be handy now. 4

Similar tales of Carol Anderson on Whip , I know there were hundreds sold way back in the late seventies for about £5 , but they're all seemingly tucked away in collections and unavailable and have recently topped £2000 ....! One stone minter resides in my grubby hands that I'll never let go , but I did have to give Andy Rix £90 for it in about 1996.

Benji Posted Thursday at 08:42 Posted Thursday at 08:42 Do you know what love is came out twice with different flips. and different catalogue numbers. 200 and 201. I understand SP-1 mix is on 200 3
