Little Richie Jarvis was on "The Porter Wagoner Show" season 07 Episode 18 singing two songs, "Banks Of The Ohio" and "Bottle Of Wine" around 1967/68 . This was a big show in America that ran for many years, there's got to be some footage somewhere. 1

Also any idea of which came first? I wondered if “heartache” was out first,then tried again with heartbreak due to the first lot being an error or little Richie going off his head at the title! And I think by heartbreak being in such small numbers they had just run out of steam with it? as a separate note Im sure there are copies which say “RITCHIE” not “RICHIE” ?
