Yes THE Cheques of ‘In The Groove’ (and others) fame. Here’s an absolutely killer garage soul take on the George Clinton penned ‘Testify’ that’s set to get significant turntable action this year. Don’t but be fooled this is a tough 45 to pay your hands on, issue only so beware the double sided WD! Great record, great future (and for now) great price!

The increasingly popular garage soul must have! This one flies out the door every time I list a copy. Reliably informed this killer slab of garage soul had plays in the 90s here and there but has still to crossover to the wider northern scene. This honestly blew me away when I first heard it, garage soul at it’s very best and still cheap (well for now)! Sold a lot of these in recent times and it’s no wonder. If you don’t like this then there’s little hope for you

Barracuda’s - Wait For Tomorrow (Smash WD) Vg+ £40

Don’t think this one has been picked up on yet (happy to be proved wrong though). Storming Groovy Garage that has so much dance floor potential. Currently cheap but will doubtless rise as exposure grows (another Riddles and you know what happened with that one).

Aussie garage soul that sounds like old school northern group harmony! As far as I’m aware this is pretty much unknown and with bags of potential for DJs looking for something new! Australian press only and the groups first single I think, not easy to get (pun intended).
