Which means - You do need a working account email to recover lost/forgotten passwords If you do not have a current working account email you could lose access to your account if the password is lost/forgotten If you have forgotten/lost your account password You can reset it via our 'lost password' feature - the link is below but it does also appear on the login screen as well To get a new password just go here https://www.soul-source.co.uk/lostpassword/ put in your account email and tap 'recover password' a email will be sent to the email with a link to a page where you will enter your new password if need any help, just shout up via our support forum or 'contact us' mike
