Killer Gayanese only dancer that been on the playlists of Michael Robinson (USA) and Mitja Vesnaver (Europe) but it seems has yet to make its way to UK dance floors. And this has SOOOOO much northern scene potential! Rare as hen’s teeth private press with very few copies going through eBay and Discogs. Bargain price because this needs to be heard!

Mr. Shotgun - Do What I Want You To Do/ You Had Your Chance (Ebony Sounds) Vg+ £125

An old Dig Deeper spin I believe although so rare it’s never made it’s way beyond the US as far as I’m aware. Gravel voiced, R&B dancer b/w a decent deep soul effort. Interestingly there’s some debate on the Sir Shambling site that this is actually Rev. James Cleveland moonlighting from his Savoy contract . Anyway rare as hen’s and definitely one for the more enterprising DJs out there. Not previously on YouTube so clips are from actual 45.

Raw as you like R&B dancer that I believe was a cover up for Guy Hennigan at some point. Suffice to say it’s remained under the radar ever since only recently making its way onto YouTube. Another killer dancer and ripe for revival IMHO.

Funk edged R&B that is right for today’s scene hence some exposure in recent times via RSF and other upfront venues/DJs. Tough 45 on the label for sure and seen sell for more. Could have a big future!
