Trying the impossible - finding that one song

Hi Guys, 

occassionally, I am looking for a song, which I had on a cassette I lost like 25 years ago. I can only remember a short part of the lyrics and google could never help. Now with AI, I tried it again. ChatGPT could not help either but sent me to this forum. I am so happy that I found it, amazing what I read already. 

Now, I know it will be close to impossible but I give it a try: 

The song I am looking for was sung by a male singer. The part of the lyrics I remember was like: "Come on girl, look into my direction because you are the one, who brings out the sun". That part of sung very pationate, especially the "Come on girl". If I had to guess, I would think it was sung by a white guy, given the voice. 

As said, I guess that is not enough information but I wanted to give it a try and hoping for a miracle.

Jesus.....that's it! Wow...I have goosebumps. I had this "so come on and make a dream come true" with a bit more passion in my mind but that is exactly the song. Wow. Thank you so much. 

Tell me, how did you do it? If googled it with exactly the lyrics I posted a 100 times and even ChatGPT was clueless.....Amazing Kathryn, thank you!

The song is even on the same album like Red Light Spells Danger...one of my all time favourites..... Billy Ocean, so obvious....still I could not find it for years.....I thought 60s and I thought a white singer....not even close
