Harrythedog Posted Tuesday at 15:35 Posted Tuesday at 15:35 Can anyone throw some light on the Cleethorpes Pier All dayer on the 08/02/2025. This seems to by way of face book only. Have found the advert with the price per ticket at £20.00 but no details of how to get a ticket, and no mention of DJ line up. I cant even find any details of what the place is like now inside. I know it was a night club but it is now a Fish & Chip restaurant. Can anyone help with this.
Mark R Posted Tuesday at 17:23 Posted Tuesday at 17:23 I was told you could only go if you used to go back in the day, which I guess is fine for the promoters if it still sells out! Cheers, Mark R 1
Clee93 Posted Tuesday at 17:46 Posted Tuesday at 17:46 (edited) Line up is the original Talk of The North residents. Edited Tuesday at 19:24 by Clee93
Chris Dalton Posted Tuesday at 17:56 Posted Tuesday at 17:56 Exactly Mark - it's a Reunion and tribute to Mary Chapman There was no doubt that it would sell out! 2

Daisy May Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago This is to Mary Chapman, Chris Dalton Dave Appleyard and all the original DJs, i know this will be an incredible day and very emotional. I was there on that first night in 1975 with my good friends Paul Priestley John Davis and myself Andy May and we were freezing on the pier and pleaded to Mary to let us in early and after what seemed like ages we were let in early. Chris Dalton and Dave Appleyard were DJing first and played Your Ready Now by Frankie Valli. I went up and had words thinking they could have played a better northern sound but on reflection it was the most appropriate record they could have played. I wish I had known how to get a ticket for the 50th do as I was an original member but I’m not on Facebook. Hope all you guys have a fantastic time lots of love to Mary and thanks Mary and Chris Dalton for coming to some of my northern do’s at South Kyme love to all. This will be the most amazing day in northern soul history. Have the most fantastic time all of you who have managed to get tickets for this event. kind regards And May 1
