North Broad Street records

I wonder if anyone knows if North Broad St. Records are experiencing any problems with orders. I have an outstanding order with them from the end of the year and nothing has arrived. There is no response to emails, or the contact form on their website.

It may be nothing and they are busy just getting on with it as fast as they can, but lack of communication is always a bit unnerving.
