Boxed ,Warped 45s.

Just received  Stax sevens 45singles Boxset from Germany, Two of the 7 have pronounced storage warps 3 mill lift across total  surface from horizontal, NAP but make you seasick watching the deck ,the rest show slight signs of the beginnings of warp. Issued in 2013 by universal these are unopened, sealed and are old store stock  which has sat for 8 years in a massive dealer warehouse . Warping is caused by excessive heat and pressure on PVC, the discs are otherwise mint unplayed and at 70 euros I am very happy.

My point ,(At Last ) is ?   How many, especially sevens boxed sets Motowns , (sealed sets, Now making up to 500 pounds)  could be suffering the heat and compression effect (Like a British Rail sandwich?)  Please no British Vinyl    "Bake Of" remedies, tried with deadly results on 2 Aussie Stateside 45s years ago!
