Tlscapital Posted Monday at 05:23 Posted Monday at 05:23 What's the status on this one now on the Northern Soul front ? Is it big a second time around or was the eVilBay's Carolina Soul last September auction another one of these mental 'one off' over the roof finishing auction ?

I never saw this auction finishing price. What did it go for? The original has never been common and not seen very often. The easy to spot 1970's reissue/boot has been sold as an original in the past.
Tagtag Posted Monday at 08:03 Posted Monday at 08:03 I think Jordan Wilson has been plugging this in his sets over the last year or two. .....and rightly so, it is a great dancer.

Tlscapital Posted Wednesday at 19:41 Author Posted Wednesday at 19:41 So apparently that eVilBay Carolina Soul recent auction sky high jump in price didn't reflect a sudden popularity of the record on the NS front but was likely a one off crazy American deep pocket's collectors moment.

Who knows the reason but the venues I’ve attended over the years it’s always been about. As I said it might be getting more popular with the mainstream and pop up Djs

It’s not easy to find and hasn’t been for some years IMO. would never have put down as a $1300 record but the way today’s prices are it doesn’t surprise me. 1
