Has to be a special award for Sir Mark Cavendish...what a glittering career!, for everything Froome and Wiggins achieved, the Manx Missile has completely overshadowed them...his name forever written into cycling folklore....never above his station where fame was concerned, always spoke from his heart, told the story like it is, has dealt with injury and illness that wouldve stopped others careers in their tracks. His contribution to the sport can't be understated...he was a phenomenal talent.

Any accolade he receives now, is richly deserved.
