Mick Holdsworth Posted December 6 Posted December 6 I'm looking for a bit of help please. Is anyone is having trouble with the Royal Mail tracking page ? Maybe it's me, but these two are giving me a headache, and I wonder if anyone can check them out for me. The first one is a US incoming parcel. It shows on USPS site okay, and it DID show on the UK RM site, but it was hit and miss, up till a couple of days ago, and now it won't work atall. https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/LV672970434US The second one is a UK Parcel I sent out (to Talk Talk) using a pre paid sticker couple of days ago (Accepted at PO no problem). https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/OT242490028GB In each case I the numbers turn to red and I get an error message. "Sorry, there was a problem, please try again". So if anyone can test them and let me know what you get, that would be great. Thanks Mick

Mick Holdsworth Posted December 6 Author Posted December 6 Thanks for that. I think the US one is the same info on the USPS site, and the ParcelApp one doesn't recognize the number. Running the US number through ParcelApp it also gives the Full USPS info, but can't pick up the number in the UK I think the problem is with the Royal Mail site.

Just tried it again and even though It's the same error, I hit the red button a couple of times and hey presto, it worked, so thank you for that.

I've just had one saying unable to verify at the moment, try again tomorrow. For this one, it was a retun to Talk Talk and they sent me a pre paid sticker , and a link to book a collection. When I tried to enter the number I got a similar error message, so on Wednesday I went to the PO and they beeped it fine. I asked them if number was okay, mentioning problems with booking it online, and they sait the munber is fine, even comfirmed the open "OT" rather than "0T" (It has to be two letters, then nine numbers then two more fimal letters. Thanks for your help
