Soulboy60 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Can anyone tell me what's supposed to be in the dead wax of this record? I'm looking to buy one from a friend, all it's got is the Nashvile Matrix stamp in it, is that it, no other markings? Can someone help!? Ta!
Spook Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago (edited) My understanding : Original is vinyl with nashville stamp . Two boots Styrene pressing, with "Dotty's from Detroit" in block letters/straight line. Same track both sides, Vinyl lookalike pressing with Dotty's credit in a semi-circle. Backed with "Don't Lead Me On". A good lookalike in every detail, but no Nashville Matrix. Edited 4 hours ago by Spook 1
Trev Thomas Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago if it's got nashville matrix stamp then it's a real one, i'm at work at the moment so can't access my copy to see what else is stamped in the deadwax
Soulboy60 Posted 4 hours ago Author Posted 4 hours ago Trev, it'll be great if you can tell me what's in it when you access your copy. I just find it a little strange that there's nothing else going on but the stamp.
Samplat Posted 1 minute ago Posted 1 minute ago Dead wax on original. D345B. vc Nashville matrix. 95. hope this helps
