Is it just me, but does this sound like Petula Clark?

If this was played to me today and I had never heard of it before then I would certainly guess at it being petula Clark,even the production is similar to her 60’s stuff! But then again a lot of females sound like this on 60’s stuff,especially on this typical 60’s production!

could be her under another name?
