At a venue what 2 record's do you enjoy dancing to the most? Know you've probably got a huge list but what about your Top 2.

Obviously you'll have your favourite records you like to hear when your out or buy and put in your collection (if your a collector that is), but not neccessarily the same tune that has your feet on the dance floor before you have time to think about it...

For me it's:

The Tranells - Blessed with a love (10 out of 10)

Out of sights - For the rest of my life (pure heaven) :)

What's yours

God this is a hard one!

From a dancing perspective hmmm

Luther Ingram - Oh baby dont you weep

and the Magicians - Love lets try it again

off the top of my head

Harvey Aherne, Never Learned To Dance and Vibrations - Cause You're Mine Woohoooooo  You can be very expressive with your dancing for both of those tracks and they never fail to get my weary arse on the dancefloor!

Blessed with a love- The Tranells for me...as well

and when it gets played...

You don't even know my name-The Hytones....

both at a nice smooth pace that my poor tootsies and knees can handle nowadays!!!!

Delxx

Mandrill-Too late... :sleep3: Gil Scott-Heron The Bottle...

Brummie Carl.. :P

A bit of 'Blue eyed Soul' by the way of the Flaming Embers and 'Have some everybody, And a little bit of Joe Tex and 'Better believe it Baby' has me heading for the floor......... then not long after heading for the Iron Lung!...

ellipsis and mixed feelings

Blue eyed???? Never!!! your confusing the Flaming Emeralds with the Flaming Embers - Emeralds were connected to the Detroit Emeralds.....and not blue eyed....

My ones are International IV "Equal love"

and the Hot Sauce cover up "Pride" (Sam's Candy Coated People c/up). Confusing eh?

Always Sandi Sheldon - You're gonna make me want you

Now Martells - Where can my baby be (I find it easier to dance to another record afterwards if they are this pace heh heh)

-----------------------------

One record I adore, but find impossible to dance to:

Willie Tee - Please dont go.

Billy Eckstine - I Wonder Why ( Nobody Loves Me )

T J Williams And Two Shades Of Soul - Baby I Need You

Marie Knight - That's No Way To Treat A Girl

yes I know there's three, these a gauranteed to get me on the floor

Bazza

Mary Love - Lay this burden down

Velvettes - I gotta find me somebody

Simon

Most of the ones already mentioned, but two that would definitely move me.....

Crying over you

2 that always get me out there:

Ruby - Feminine Ingenuity

But of course there are so many others.

Tomangoes - I really love you

If we can have 3 then add that "Kontents" instrumental thing (whatever it's called!) that Banksy plays....

as my 'soul mates' will testify to and are made to endure, anything I can 'skip' to:

Joe Jama - My life, as already mentioned

Temptation's calling my name - Lee David

and when I want a rest from skipping: Isonics - Sugar

that's this week's skipping toons

The Naked Checks "Over and Over"

Neil Jones cover up.

It's a Pukka up-tempo tune, proper dancer, kinda like King Moses "I've got this feeling".

Here's a snippet.....

The Montclairs "Unwanted love"

Top quality soulful 70s dancer.

:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:
