NOW STREAMING: Though often thought of as a Chicago group due to their work on the M-Pac label, The Ringleaders were formed in Saginaw, MIchigan in 1965 as The Perfectos, changing their name just in time for their debut release on the Leaner Family's label.  Their Michigan roots run deep, including a failed audition for Motown and writing sessions for Barry Gordy's Jobet Publishing.    

 

In December of 1966 The Ringleaders cut Grin And Bare It for the Learners, but sadly it wasn't released until we found the masters and pressed it in 2014.  Now, for the first time ever, it's available (w/ theinstrumental version) on all streaming platforms .
