Northern semi known rarity - a bit abused but cheap

Offering this semi known for sale after I found it in the storage boxes yesterday. The Toronados - Why dont you tell me - Winley

The story on it (as I was told by a UK dealer) was that it was thought not to exist for many a year but a a couple of copies have surfaced over the years, so it does exist. 

The last sale for a decent copy on Ebay was about $487.00 . However, this copy is in G only if using M, Ex, VG, G & fair, and someone has tried to clean it.  But the good news is that is plays without skips or jumps, but there is surface noise with pops and ticks for the first 40 seconds or so and then its still there but reduced after that, and the music does rise above it. label has no rip, tares or writing but is a little worn.

If you dont know the 45 its a cracking NS uptempo tune, with a NS dance craze type tune on the flip. YT below for reference, ignore the scan it plays the side you want to hear.
