Infectious, under the radar rhythm and soul dancer from ‘68, amazed this isn’t massive - perfect for DJs looking for something different. Tough to find in this sort of clean condition. No longer on YouTube seemingly due to a copyright claim (I’ve stuck a clip up on my channel temporarily so you can hear it if you don’t already know it).

Rev. Hermon Murphy And The Hardin Singers - I Know He Died (Custom) Mint- £50

Texas gospel R&B banger that, going by recorded online sales, is pretty damn scarce! One that’s likely to have broad appeal too as could crossover to various ‘scenes’. Tough 45 in what looks like unplayed condition! For me one of the better Gospel dancers I’ve heard (and I’ve head a lot). Should be double this price!

Gene Yarbrough - The Meeting Place part 1 & 2 (Jerma) Ex £35

My personal favourite of the four listed, this seems virtually unknown and whilst part 1 has a couple of YouTube entries, the far better part 2 has only recently been added courtesy of @BarrieWaddington aka @A45Heaven (who’s no bad judge of a 45 given he was responsible for discovering many of Stafford’s finest plays and plenty more before and after). A killer 45 IMHO and not easy to find, probably be three figures if someone starts playing it!
