The move means eBay’s UK sellers no longer have to pay transaction fees, except for cars, motorcycles and other vehicles.' I guess as now the onus is on the seller to physically request a withdrawal from eBay’s holding / ‘balance’ account rather than a scheduled payout, eBay will rack up passive interest by having funds sitting with them.
