He's knocked £50,000 off. Times must be hard. 🤨

Surely the kudos, or whatever else it was, of owning this record must have gone ages ago. With normal people.

Personally I think  it’s only worth 150k to him, just because he paid that sum for it,that then doesn’t mean that’s it’s true value,I doubt there is any northern soul or Motown record that would even exceed £20k today, no matter what it is,so to jump right up to 150k is ridiculous!

because of it’s over hyped exposure i would go as far as to say it’s devaluing itself?

Every time I see the photos of that record, I think there was a extremely rare, good condition record that now has been defaced and devalued with needless writing on the label!

If Kenny needed Frank Wilsons autograph, it would have been good enough having the sleeve signed, and a photo at the same time for provenance!

HaHa...it was Frank himself who ruined it...😂😂

I seem to remember Kenny saying he did not ask Frank to sign the label, but he did before being able to be stopped.
I could be wrong as some time ago - think it was signed when Frank was @ Fleetwood Weekender 2001.

Personally I couldn’t care less about any scribblings on the label,or how nice the vinyl is,when a record is as rare as this, then one has to be forgiving! My thoughts are mainly on the price tag, anyone can price what they like on anything for that matter, but I’m curious is it to show it off and maybe keep the public interest in the record,or does he truly believe it is worth this amount and will achieve it? I don’t think it would be on eBay if someone wanted it at that price?

I put the value at the top end of northern soul collecting with the likes of Mello soul, prophets, junior mccants etc…no more than £20k set sale, possibly 30k at auction?

what do you people value it at?

Sarcasm Peter , the lowest form of wit , in descriptions it does say he won't post , just a few more pennies for eBay , I've never sold on eBay but I'm sure they take a percentage of postage 🤭

They do on discogs now as well
