Hi, could anyone give me a current valuation on an original copy on Hem records.

Condition is M-, Ex++.

There are a couple of crosses on "dltdhyb" side label.

Vinyl is pretty much spot on with only a couple of light marks.

Any info appreciated thanks 🙂

Just PMd you as one of my wants PT

Only had the one reply from Simsy above with valuation.

In light of the recent price paid for John Bowie and requests I've had for "I'll have it if price is right", I've decided to keep it or put it up for auction via a reputable dealer.

I think it's a difficult one to fix a price. There are a fair few about BUT, very often, they are "tatty/well used/kicked around a warehouse floor" type things - also know as "OK for DJing with!

I've seen plenty of lower grade one's go for £500 to £1,000.

I'm sure that a nice copy such as yours would coax out a MUCH better price. So, an auction would be the most likely best option. Lot's of people are happy to pay a high premium for a top copy.

With regard to John Bowie, I remember in the late 1970's when someone on a trip to USA came back with LOADS - just like Frank Beverly on Sassy. Pep was selling them at something like £4. So, to see these at current values is incredible

I'd have said £1500/£1800.  Its sold for more than 1200 last few years

VG+ copy sold last month just over a grand. Bit of a bargain. Always thought it was a money sound.
