You Better Stop It..! Barbara Mason

I'm playing a bit of Barbara Mason this afternoon. I love her voice, so unique, there's a vulnerability about it which is so good on the ears. In my collecting days I never sought, or had any complete label or artist vinyl catalogues, but did have most of Barbara's Arctic singles.

Any other fans? Favourites?

She wrote some great songs, the best tracks she recorded she was also the songwriter.

This one is a personal favourite with Curtis on the production.

I am a fan of most of Barbara's 45s, especially those on Arctic, the combination of her voice, like you said, and the the production of those Arctic 45s. 'You Better Stop It' may be my favorite, but I'm fond of this one too:
