Killer R&B/Popcorn double sider! ‘Neighbor ‘seems to be the lesser known of the two sides (and the best of the two for me sounded very current) both sides give a distinctly garage flavour to these two Jimmy Hughes monsters) with the slower flip being better known to Popcorn collectors. Lovely copy.

Chosen Few - Baby Don’t Do It (BFD) Mint- £40 

One of the hottest garage soul 45s around at the moment and still affordable. Being dropped by Greg Belson amongst others and copies are being snapped up fast when they appear.

Banging overlooked dancer that would comfortably fit with current upfront sets. Not an easy 45 to acquire either, bags of potential in this one for an enterprising DJ looking to play something different.

Dino Valenti - Don’t Let It Down (Elektra) Vg £25

Garage R&B banger that is so now! Would be nearer £100 if it was in better condition. Some light crackle can be heard just below the recording but still a decent play copy (might benefit from a decent clean). Could be a big future in this one of some of the more upfront DJs get a hold of it in the UK.
