Does anyone have knowledge of The Alphabet Club that was on Gerrard Street, London in the 1960s?

My Grandmother, who has sadly passed away, used to venture there in the 60s.

So - want to know if anyone had more info on the Club or even ventured there themselves.

Thank you in advance.

A basement coffee bar in a wharehose in whitcombe street which no longer exists ,a jukebox and lots of blocked babbling mods in the small hours,it had steep wooden stairs which many fell down ,I don’t think it was open during the day …the area has been redeveloped a lot
