2   Jean DuShon – Feeling Good – Cadet 5518 WDJ Ex+ £75 single sided demo copy, label wear & w.o.l. but vinyl M- & plays as such, great version upbeat jazzy, Mod, R & B dancer from a great singer at ½ price, nice item

3   Garland Green – Angel Baby b/w You Played On A Player – Uni  55213 M- £40 long under rated fabulous mid-tempo Chicago meets Detroit crossover dancer of the highest order & flip to match, mint vinyl copy

4   Brenda Holloway – Starting The Hurt All Over Again b/w Just Look What You’ve Done – Tamla T54148 M- £60 lovely condition copy of this big production double sided dancer from one of Motown’s finest femme fatales, this is mint

5   George Hughley – That’s Why I Cry b/w You’re My Everything – Buddah BDA203 Demo M- £125 a Wilton winner of days gone by, absolutely fabulous mid-tempo crossover dancer with a great flip, lovely condition demo copy

6   Walter Jackson – That’s What Mama Say b/w What Would You Do – Okeh 4-7189 WDJ M- £45 X on label only otherwise a mint vinyl copy of this superb big city soul double sider

7   Little Rose Little – You’ve Got The Love b/w Into Something Fine – Roulette R4747 WDJ M- £75 great drivin’ raw voiced upbeat dancer & good flip on a mint vinyl demo, long under rated & revived plays

8   The Love Potion – This Love – Kapp K979 WDJ Ex / VG++ £100 ½ price due to wear / surface marks, release date stamped double sided vinyl demo, most are styrene so this plays better than it looks, side with date stamp has barely noticeable surface noise at all, flip has slight clicks on intro only then plays fine throughout, this is the same record as The Joytones on Coed but with different writer credits

9   The Players – Why Did I Lie – Minit MIN32012 M- £50 mint vinyl issue of this faultless mid-tempo group harmony gem, a superb condition copy

10 The Precisions – What I Want b/w Why Girl – Drew D1002 M- £55 rarer vinyl copy & mint of this great Detroit group double sided dancer, same backing track as Ronnie & Robyn – As Long As You Love Me on Sidra

11 Helene Smith – You Got To Do Your Share – Deep City 2743 Ex £100 slight label wear & light surface marks plays great throughout, lots of interest in this label now, a great atmospheric raw voiced mid-tempo girlie dancer penned by two great songwriters, bargain price books at £150     -     SOLD  

12 Chuck Wright – Love I’m Not Gonna Be Your Fool Anymore – Ember E1087 Ex £70 worn label vinyl Ex+, light scuffs only plays as M- hence price, big voiced atmospheric big city soul mid-tempo dancer, the original version of The Monorays on 20th Century Fox
