How do you tell an original from a bootleg

What bootleg ? I only now see the vinyl one. Easy then because the original is styrene.

Original stuck on label on styrene      and       bootleg molded in vinyl label

Never booted BITD as I'm aware.

Came out on Grapevine UK soon after its initial plays.

Yes it was (I wasn't aware of it either) but was that a product of the post Y2K resurrection revival ? See the pics above. The one on the right is a vinyl bootleg.

No never booted at the time it was a new sound/play.

Grapevine released it soon after anyway.

I guess the vinyl boot was done for the re-vivalists ?

Didn"t know about the RSD press either.

Yes, a more recent bootleg does exist. Don't know how to identify it but I understand it's of very low fi sound quality.
