Killer twofer, pounding funk edged garage soul double sider here. Demos are plenty but the only way to obtain the phenomenal ‘Soul’s The Name…’ is via the issue and copies are as rare as hen’s! Had some exposure thanks to Brian Maguire but there are so few of these that n anyone’s hands that it’s been an exclusive as far as I know for a while (seems all play with some crackles here and there, this copy is identical to Brian’s YT clip and he’s confirmed his looks Mint- like this copy, may explain its rarity). Flip is still a killer in demander, a similarly storming slab of funk edged garage. Both sides bang on for now.

Thanks to some mega bills I simply have to sell this one so have reduced as amazingly it didn’t sell yesterday! Mega rare and not too long ago covered up, this funk edged R&B/Blues dancer that has had plays from the likes of Mark Forest, Henning Borm and Andy Dyson. Rare as hen’s teeth especially in this shape (one small DNAP scuff mark away from Mint-), a Vg- sold on here a few weeks back for around £300 so this feels like a steal for a 45 that’s still relatively unknown to most and still on upfront playlists across Europe. Gorgeous copy, be quick it’s a steal at this price!
