I’ve never been big on the Motown collecting, but a bit of a querie with “time”

There seems to be a significant difference in value between the uk black 725 solid centre and 4 prong? The 4 prong appearing to be a hell of a lot more value? Is it because they just look better? Or is the release date different?

The 725 solid centre doesn’t seem to fetch anymore money than the 1028 reissue, whereas the 725 4 prong is significantly more?

My 725 is a four prong, but I did not know it goes for more than the solid centre copies. Looking at various places the solid centre seems to crop up more, but I wouldn't have thought there was much in it. Took me ages to get a USA Gordy vinyl copy in mintish condition! Usually styrene and/or in poor condition.  What a brilliant Northern Soul stormer it is to dance too!

I think it is simply the four prong is more desirable (to which I prefer) and therefore fetches more money!
