Agentsmith Posted February 8 Posted February 8 This looks like a re-hash of the cd Decca issued maybe 15 years ago/more/less? Sonny Childe is great, obviously not a stormer, whereas Tony Newman i heard played early doors at the Casino....but it was probably played before then anyway. 1

Believe it or not, the original CD was issued 25 years ago, how time flies! 1

Wow!, that long, i probably didnt realize at the time i bought it, it was that old....itssort of ironic in away...it probably came out amidst the mad rush of cds....companies jumping on a potential sales pitch goldmine with popularity of Northern amongst a wider audience, particularly all the rare tracks impossible to find, or buy on vinyl...available for anybody. 73/74 was a hugh vinyl adrenalin rush, where new tunes were coming at you, every week, it was hard to keep pace, that happened for a good few years, as it did with the cd market.....now both are far more sedate. 1
