Eddie Holman - Preacher Man

My friend Paul is a retired church Pastor, I call him Preacher Man. I nicknamed him that a while ago as I think it's a pretty cool tag. Anyway, rather randomly, Preacher Man, knowing I was interested in soul music, although I can't get him past the term "Northern Soul", spotted this in a Christian free paper which is distributed free in his church (and thousands of others). It's a very small piece about Eddie Holman. The photo bit is on the front cover, and the tiny other bit just inside the cover. I thought it was interesting enough to post here. Excuse the poor attempt at copy/cut/paste - you know what I'm like; someone may want to tidy my job up.

Yes, Eddie returned to his Gospel root some years back, but his voice is still ass good as back in the day.

And he's thumping out those Church sermons every week. His faith comes first these days, but yes the man can still sing.

I don't know the answer to that; there are others far better informed than I am. The small article I posted was fairly recent, so assuming that was an accurate piece, and I have no reason to believe otherwise, it may be the case.
