Modernsoulsucks Posted March 12, 2007 Posted March 12, 2007 It's not the Stoppers is it Or maybe something by Naturals called "la da.... something or other. Or that Devotions but isn't that more Dum de dum. ROD
Gasher Posted March 12, 2007 Author Posted March 12, 2007 NO ITS NOT ANY OF THESE IT A FAST UPTEMPO NUMBER COME ON KEEP THEM COMING..
Garethx Posted March 12, 2007 Posted March 12, 2007 It's not "I'm Gonna Love You" by The Intrigues or Blues Bag etc. is it? Can't do soundfiles but you should find one somewhere on here of either of the above.
Garethx Posted March 12, 2007 Posted March 12, 2007 There's a soundfile of The Intrigues on soulclub.org. The Blues Bag Ltd. version is rarer, white and from Texas. Not as good. The Intrigues on Yew is cheap but sounds a million dollars.
Gasher Posted March 12, 2007 Author Posted March 12, 2007 ok who has one at a sensible price..for me then
Guest Brian Ellis Posted March 12, 2007 Posted March 12, 2007 ok who has one at a sensible price..for me then Gasher Not too hard to find - £20 - £30 should secure you one. Just checked eBay but nothing listed there at the moment, but noticed that JM has a copy @ £30. HTH Brian
Gasher Posted March 12, 2007 Author Posted March 12, 2007 yes but if its 30 on mannies list then the real price is a tenner..
Bitchdj Posted March 12, 2007 Posted March 12, 2007 oooh you know what it is now then...from the intro it cudda been any number of things the one that sprung to my mind was ...ronnie and the manhattans- long time no see...a seriously under rated track indeed....IMO cookie
Headsy Posted March 12, 2007 Posted March 12, 2007 M- at £15 dlvd to you Gasher............crazy world innit, had one in sales box for a year now and people just were not interested ,and that's with a record player alongside where they could have played it
Jason S Posted March 12, 2007 Posted March 12, 2007 (edited) Quality record, nearly played it at the weekend until I realised it was time to let Don have a go £15 all in seems more reasonable and realistic Edited March 12, 2007 by J-Brew
