How come the mix for the uk releases is different from the original USA smash mix,I personally prefer the later uk mix,sounds more accomplished,whereas the smash mix sounds out of joint on the drum breaks! and how come the uk mercury and stateside releases are like 3 or 4 years after the original USA release,makes it feel like a reissue? lee

Solution Solidsoul Posted January 20 Solution Posted January 20 (edited) The Prophets was the original recording on US Smash/ UK Mercury. It was remade a few years later by Philly legend Bobby Martin and credited to the Creation. This was on US Eric records/UK Stateside.
