James Dockery Question

You’ll be familiar with the 70s repress of James Dockery’s ”My faith in you has all gone” on the blue label.

Every image of the blue label ive seen online, popsike, discogs, dealers, forums etc. whether its the issue or promo imprint is numbered 1 and includes ”all“ in the title.

I’ve come across a copy numbered 001 and excluding ”all“ from the title. I can’t find an image of this variation anywhere online, so I wonder if anyone knows why the credits on this single copy differs from all the others?

There may be more of course, so if anyone else has a copy of the 001 number that would be useful to know.
