Receiving Post from EU and beyond

Hi, possibly we been through this before but, m

Are we paying import  tax on receipt of parcels from EU or Rest of Europe ie single records, I'd so what are the rates pls. 

Is it worth buying £30 records on this basis? 

Also from the States., Mexico Cuba amd so on.
