Paul Capon Posted October 24, 2023 Posted October 24, 2023 A few LPs today Freda Payne - How Do You Say I Don't Love You Anymore MGM very nice yellow labelled ‘DISC JOCKEY’ release M- vinyl. £35 Cover has radio station ‘WFAH’ written on both sides. Contains the great LP only ‘you never should have loved me’ - powerful big production northern soul. Take a listen!!! Gene Van Buren - What’s Your Pleasure TAMLA White Promo M- £50 Includes the great stepper “you’ve got me where I want you”. Sleeve has a nice neat gold promo stamp bottom right. Beres Hammond - Soul Reggae WATER LILY (brown label original Jamaican first release £40 Vinyl is I grade this as EX (light surface marks only). Cover has some edge wear and a few edge crease marks. Mainly know for his reggae but Beres has made some superb soul recordings including the outstanding modern soul monster ’Don’t Wait Too Long’ which is on this LP only. Here on the original first release. Most copies I’ve seen are trashed Willie Hutch - Soul Potrait RCA M- £100 Cover was has a 1cm corner cut and LIGHT wear to corners etc. inc RCA poly-lines advertising inner sleeve. Includes the fabulous LP only crossover dancer ‘Lucky To Be Loved By You’ - vinyl is in lovely M-
