Guest mel brat
Vandellas / Marvin Gaye 'Hitch Hike' Liberty Bells / 'Shing a Ling Time' Little Stanley - 'The Stran' I never quite knew... how to do "Boo-Ga-Loo" and my "Temptation Walk's" like a drunk! I once pulled a muscle, by doing the "The Hustle" (I should never have gone "Disco Funk") I attempted to "Swim", but my efforts were grim. My "Duck" ended up getting plucked, when I put out my knee dancing to Jackie Lee and my dance moves were finally f***** Edited March 7, 2007 by mel brat Link to comment Social source share

One of the gals on here (can't remember who know) came back with a dance list to die for! KTF. Drew. Yeh Drew, kinda instict to know there's so many that I can't bring to mind. The humphrey stomp is a good start though!! Thought it may have been covered before - just idle late night curiosity. The image of a "proper" dance competion will haunt my dreams. Dean. Liamgp
Back in the early 80s, big laughs were to be had attempting and watching others try to do the Mod dances described in Richard Barne's book like the block or the ska. Finally we got to see original mods doing their stuff on Ready Steady Go repeats a little bit later! God, some of the moves looked really corny, but i guess if you've had enough purple hearts...
