Super rare northern soul from New York - overlooked by Motown, certainly not overlooked by the faithful at Stafford Top of the World in the early 1980s, or the 100 Club, and a very hard-to-find record ever since.

Haunting pleading vocals, great mid-tempo beat, and a good B side, too.

Manship auctioned one for £1,265 in January last year, and it very rarely comes up for sale because neither collectors nor DJs tend to let it go.

This is a beautiful example with the very light marking to the vinyl to be expected of a 59-year-old record, and some very slight label staining on the 'That Boy' side (see photo).
