Should be £100 but priced accordingly as the label has wear and tear. This killer lowrider (I really wanted to keep this one but needs must) is currently still sailing under the radar, but demand has seen it shoot up in price vet the past 12 months and it’s a tough find so expect it to go higher. Forgotten northern oldie on the flip that really shouldn’t be ignored either. Vinyl is strong Vg+

BOOM! THE best version of this classic JB outing (of which there are at least three by Garage bands). Killer raw, uptempo R&B/Garage that is damn rare! Seen this at £300 and £200 before now, recently sold a copy to a well-known upfront DJ so it’s about to get some serious action. Only a very recent addition to YouTube (from that very sale). Opportunity to be ahead of the rest – my last copy.
