Keamus Posted March 18, 2023 Posted March 18, 2023 (edited) Always liked this underplayed oldie. Miles better than loads in the Top 500. RIP Greg. Edited March 18, 2023 by Keamus 3
Guest Posted March 18, 2023 Posted March 18, 2023 Greg Perry RIP. John Lias in his 'Spinning Around - History of The Soul LP' rates 'One For The Road' very highly indeed. It contains one of the great quiet storm tracks of the period, the sadly neglected 'Will She Meet The Train In The Rain', about a Vietnam veteran wondering if his girl will be there when he arrives home. Heartbreaking stuff.
