Paul ‘Guitar Red’ Johnson - That I Love You (Kellmac) Mint- £125

One of the hardest on the label and certainly the least known. Was a c/up for Keb Darge in the halcyon days of Stafford but like do many it had a few plays before being dropped and has never surfaced since. This is a killer chugging mid tempo slab of dirty northern R&B that will have its day! Last one I had sold at £150 and that wasn’t as clean.

Fabulous Detroit double sider that’s pretty much unknown, tough record to find too especially in anything like half decent condition. My last copy went at £75.

The Mauds - You Make Me Feel So Bad (Mercury) Mint- £40

Like it’s stable mate by The Riddles ALL copies of this 45 have vanished. And it’s no surprise as this honestly blew me away when I first heard it, garage soul at it’s very best and still cheap (but then The Riddles is now an £100 45)! Getting plays in Europe and here in U.K. at RSF and other upfront venues.
