Wow! So very rarely offered girl group lowrider 45 that’s in massive demand. Check Discogs, 416 want, last sold 2020 and 2017! Barely ever offered and never in decent condition (last one on eBay was Vg and went for $380). Visually this one is around Vg but plays better with only gentle background here and there. Sunday Williams’ Devine doubleheader on its significantly rarer first issue. Top side massive lowrider in demander that’s pushed the price of clean copies well over £250, flip it for some northern/crossover perfection. Rarely seen in anything but f*cked condition, this one is lower end Vg+ with only minor background noise here and there. YouTube for reference only, ask for a clip of actual 45 if you want to hear how both sides play.

‘This is actually the very very first press out of 5 Alteen variant following pressing runs. The only one with the deeper purple and bold small prints but most of all the only one with 'where did he came from' as the 'A' side... Before the radios pushed 'ain't got no problems'. Anyway to add by far the rarest format of them alll.’

Killer lowrider cut that seems so far off the radar here, but has just enough beat to crossover. Stunning lead vocals with full on male group harmony backing. Seems a hard number on the label too, with prices the way they are for this type of sound currently and the quality of this 45 it’s a bargain. Don’t sleep.
