The R.A.C. Records copy has actually settled at £200 to £250 max over the last few years, so this is just another "through-the-ceiling 45"
I also think (200-250) is more than appropriate, as you see this record relatively often in various sales listings.
But cool record, no question

Gloria Jones, not really an auction item and the price £619 is way too high in my opinion.

I’m loving the counterintuitive logic there. It shouldn’t have been auctioned, and it achieved too much at auction.

Not really counterintuitive in the context of northern soul. Not a particularly rare record. It is the best looking label variant but the condition is obviously the main selling point. I'm sure there are plenty of other copies out there in similar condition.
