Faces – I Didn’t Want Her (Regina WD) Mint- £100

Killer (blue eyed?) lowrider group harmony. Seems to be exceptionally rare given the tiny number through eBay and Discogs, pretty much totally under the radar too (except to one or two of the Popcorn collectors), but it’s recent upload to M818joker’s incredibly popular YouTube channel is likely to change that. Bargain, don’t sleep!

Haunted – Come On Home (Trans World) strong Vg £75

Killer garage soul/R&B version of Jackie Edward’s ‘Come On Home’. Canadian only 45 that recently went for £125 on Discogs and believe you me it ain’t common! One I shared to the Groovy Garage group recently that’s proved pretty popular, sounds bang on for now. A fair few light marks but plays Vg+ (sound clip available on request).

Cadalinas – Bad Girl (Minutemen) Mint- £50

Moody garage/lowrider style ballad that seems virtually unknown except to a few top US collectors. Appeared on two separate labels, both as ridiculously rare as each other by the look of the handful that have gone through eBay and Discogs. Picked up two copies from Europe (one so badly packaged it arrived with a hairline crack, although this one is a lovely Mint-). Could be a great investment this one as it’s rare enough to be worth four times this price!
