Solid Soul - The Price Of Loving You (123) Mint- £40

Killer drums on another under the radar garage soul dancer that’s just full of potential. Tough on local release and pretty hard on 123 too. Don’t know if anyone playing this at the moment so an opportunity for the more upfront DJs to make this their own. Again, right for now!

The Mauds - You Make Me Feel So Bad (Mercury) Vg++ £35

Reliably informed this killer slab of garage soul has had plays in ‘90s and here and there since and yet has still to crossover to the wider northern scene. This honestly blew me away when I first heard it, garage soul at it’s very best and still cheap (well for now)! If you don’t like this then there’s little hope for you
