Curtis Lee - Steppin’ - Spade / EX/EX / £800 (Rare and fantastic modern soul. On a 1979 release I think out of Ohio. Black artist, not the white one who had a string of R&R releases before the Mira/Coda NS interest one. The female backing vocals by Cokey Palmer really makes this a standout. Clean copy complete with company sleeve.)

Pure Essence - Wake up - Mantra / see descr / £650 (Super rare one and a grail type of a record. Unfortunately it has some condition issues. Record has a heat damage and light marks, please refer to soundclip how it plays. Worse in the beginning with mid to heavy crackles, then clears up pretty nicely on part 1, part 2 plays much better. There’s also a light warp not affecting play with 2gr tracking force.)

Warren Doris - Lost in space - Maya Communications / VG+ / £550 (Rare and fantastic 2 step, with a slight islands vibe. Soundfile from the actual copy for sale, it plays on 33rpm so sensitive for marks but this one plays nicely. No pic sleeve.)
