Regarding "David Jones Records"

We have an e-mail address and a mobile phone number for "David Jones Records" who are ALLEGED to be the manufacturer and / or distributor of numerous bootlegs - including a track which we control.

However, we need a postal address for David Jones so we can serve legal documents on him.

Our legal representatives are approaching his ISP (freeserve) requesting they disclose his full name and address. Meanwhile, if any soulsource members have any information it would be much appreciated.

We have already served "cease and desist" notices on David Jones Records and Amnesia Records via e-mail and are considering legal actions depending on the outcome.

Many thanks to everyone who provided information.

Amnesia Records have complied with our "cease and desist" order and have removed the item from sale on their website and on ebay. Other ebay sellers and website operators have also withdrawn the item from sale today.

If all companies took similar actions I believe we could put some of these bootleggers out of business or at least make their lives more difficult.

Used it myself many a time (in my business) to amazingly rapid effect.

Our walt is never in this country what with his work, if you see him ask him hows the piles , hes just had them sorted when he's home he likes to go for a pint in the three horse shoes at wickersly.

Noels ok, still the head of our clan he lives at dinnington now.

mams in great spirits always popping home to ireland, never in always going off somewhere now my dad has gone and she does right we all think.

Andrew and jane are just fine also, me, annette and family are all healthy thanks, im off work for a few days annettes got me to re-point the whole house ( ) before we have the new windows fitted and the dashing done.

We spotted that and are back on the case again. Amnesia also sold several copies buy-it-now for only 99p which is an insult and a malicious attempt to damage sales of a planned legitimate version.

If there's one thing worse than a burglar, it's a cheeky burglar.

These cheap liars and thieves have had fair warning but I've run out of patience now.

I'm told there are 1,000 copies of each bootleg (retailing at £10.00 each) so do the sums and you'll see these organised criminals are stealing HUGE amounts of money from artists, writers, publishers and record companies - including Millbrand/Selecta, Ace, Universal, Sanctuary, Sony BMG, Unique, etc.

The street value of their current batch of bootlegs could be more than ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND POUNDS and I doubt they are paying VAT or income taxes on their profits.

The rest of us work hard and pay our bills and taxes.

But judgement day will come soon.
