Hi all, could anyone enlighten me. Is this an East Coast press or just a seventies reissue/boot.

The etching in the runout looks genuine but can’t see the “bed” stamp although there is an 11 stamp there. It is vinyl I think and quite thin.

Regards in advance.

Looks like one of the originals to me. The vinyl profile looks right and the right print style. Can you see a bed stamp on the flip side? There is another type of vinyl original and a styrene original.

The 70's boot had a more pale, lighter blue label.

The copy in your picture is not the 70's boot. I think it is the MGM press of this Mirwood. The styrene originals have a darker blue label colour.

The larger print vinyl copies are the west coast originals. The vinyl boot was copied from this one.

A follow up question on this.... does a white demo exist? Majority of Mirwoods were preceded by a white demo but I've yet to see this one (same goes for My Little Girl)

Cheers........... Pete
