Sunnysoul Posted February 11, 2007 Posted February 11, 2007 What's the current value of this and what are the various Decca 7" US label variations. Was it a Wigan Casino record? Can anyone post a scan of her LP cover? I need to show a fellow soul collector that Lindy was a white country/pop singer !
Tabs Posted February 11, 2007 Posted February 11, 2007 It was a Casino record, but not played solely there. No idea of current value but somewhere in my distant memories I seem to remember it was used in a film. Anyone confirm?

Sean Hampsey Posted February 12, 2007 Posted February 12, 2007 I always thought it was first played at the Mecca (early days). Cute Pop.. worth about £10.00. Sean
Sunnysoul Posted February 12, 2007 Author Posted February 12, 2007 (edited) Always wondered if there were any other dancers on the LP worth listening to ? Edited February 12, 2007 by sunnysoul
Pete S Posted February 12, 2007 Posted February 12, 2007 There was definitely a film called Pennygold but I don't know if that track was from the film. I've never heard this record played anywhere, ever.

Definitely not a country singer, that's an insult to country music in my book
