After my introduction to Soul via mods in my workplace in 1967…….

Edwin was the guy who got me into the wonderful world of uptempo soul.

”I am the man” was the song and it was played regularly on Radio Luxembourg in 1968. Once I bought the 45 I found an incredible flip side.

The Twisted Wheel introduced me to his wonderful Ric-Tic material in 1970.

Tremendous pieces of Detroit memorabilia, Thanks David !

It's not just the line ups of those shows that I find amazing, it's also design and layout of the posters. Awesome. From a design perspective my favourites are the Soul Turkey Show and Battle of the Soul Groups. What's yours?

My wife spotted that the date on this one has a sticker.

Question is, printer error or change of date ?

She wants to know if we get a $25 cash prize for spotting it 😀
