Revered and in demand across the pond but yet to be well known here, but has massive potential to crossover in the way that The Lovations, Sophisticates etc have. Flip is a well loved northern oldie. Exciting Changes - Falling In Love/I’ve Got Something Good For You (West Hill) Mint- £125

Under the radar rarity, lowrider top side seems barely known at all despite being a fabulous group slowie, flip it for a slice of crossover perfection that again seems barely known outside of top collector circles. Rarity is doubtlessly a factor with two label variants both as scarce as each other.  Not one that comes up often especially in this condition and a 45 that can only increase in value.
